Green Clover Developments is a growing open food business. Having set up a new business venture in 2023, we are seeking to employ a mechanical engineer who will be responsible for preventive, planned and all ongoing general maintenance. This is a new and exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will work out of the Oakland International site in Redditch.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team at Green Clover Developments. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide exceptional logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
