Celebrating a successful decade in business, Rock based PR and communications consultancy Evopr, has selected children’s charity The Oakland Foundation as their charity partner.

Business founder and Evopr owner, Mrs Kathryn Watts, stated: “We have been supporting with the Foundation for the last three years, and know first-hand the positive work they are undertaking within their local community.

“Playing an active role and supporting the community and young people is integral to our business ethos, so as we celebrate 10-years of successful trading, I am delighted to confirm our partnership with The Oakland Foundation charity and their work supporting children in and around Redditch and Bromsgrove.”

The Oakland Foundation’s aim is to relieve the needs of children living in Redditch and Bromsgrove and the surrounding area who are in need by reason of financial hardship or other disadvantage, offering support in areas such as Health and Nutrition, Education and Sport. The Foundation was officially opened by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal in June of 2013.

Oakland Foundation Trustee, Hayley Smith, commented: “We are delighted Evopr has selected the Oakland Foundation as their chosen children’s charity, and it’s fantastic to have their support as we further promote the work of the Foundation to the local and business community.”

Evopr provides free help and support to local community and youth organisations as part of its commitment to the local and wider community and has a history of supporting local, regional and national charities including schools, youth, and hospice and community charities.
